Processing Time:
Orders will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If all items are in stock, orders placed before 4:00 PM are typically shipped the same day.

Order Tracking & Shipments
You will receive an order confirmation email within 48 hours after placing your order.
Once payment is complete, we will email you the tracking number.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on inventory and warehouse availability.

Address Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
If the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will bear full responsibility. No refunds or replacements will be issued.

Duties & Import Fees
