Warranty Policy

At CozysHome, we stand behind the quality of our furniture.
All products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

Our warranty covers:

  • Hardware malfunctions (e.g., drawer tracks, handles)

If a covered issue occurs, we will provide:

  • A replacement item of equal value

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly
  • Normal wear and tear, aging, or discoloration
  • Water / heat / chemical damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Commercial or non-household usage
